- Get a repair plan built from the manufacturer’s proceduresWe take the damaged area apart, find what’s hidden, and build the plan from your manufacturer’s published repair procedures, around your best interests.
- We handle the processPaperwork, supplements to your insurer when we find more damage, and rental coordination. You get updates without having to chase them.
- Pick it up, repaired the right wayScanned, calibrated, inspected, then vacuumed and washed before we hand you the keys.

Is the collision center part of State Road Fix?
Yes. Same family, same address at 5387 State Rd. The collision center handles accident repairs at (440) 345-8844. The service center at State Road Fix handles maintenance and mechanical repairs at (216) 741-5829.
What if the insurance estimate is lower than yours?
That’s common, and it isn’t your job to referee it. When we find damage the first estimate missed, we document it with photos and the manufacturer’s repair procedures and send your insurer a supplement.
What is the $500 deductible assistance?
After a qualifying service of $500 or more, you’re automatically enrolled for a year in a Guardsman program that puts $500 toward your deductible if you have another covered claim, plus 24/7 roadside assistance for every vehicle in your household. How it works.
